Anti-social behaviour is any intimidating or threatening activity which causes harassment, alarm, or distress to individuals or groups of people.

The Blue Badge allows people with severe mobility problems caused by visible and non-visible (hidden) disabilities additional parking rights.

Concessionary bus passes are available for Leicester residents who are registered disabled, senior citizens or unemployed.
